A high energy self-motivated dental sales imaging professional to manage our territory to sell imaging equipment through distribution to dentists, community health care centers, schools and retail establishments. Also, this position will be responsible for working and training with specific groups of Midmark territory sales managers the usage of the imaging equipment.




       Calls on distribution customers and develops dealer relationships.

       Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

       Studies data describing new products to develop sales approach.

       Compiles data on equipment and supplies preferred by customers.

       Travels through assigned territory with or without territory sales managers to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers by phone.

       Advises customers of imaging equipment for given need based on technical knowledge of products.

       Provides customers with advice in such areas as office layout, legal and insurance regulations, radiation regulations, cost analysis, and collection methods to develop goodwill and promote sales.

       Uses CRM software to communicate between other sales managers.

       Works with specific groups of Midmark territory sales managers as assigned by the regional manager.

       Trains customers and Midmark territory sales managers on how to use imaging equipment.

       Provides follow-up support for dentals facilities that purchase Midmark’s equipment.

       Schedules training for dealer sales representatives and deal service technicians.

       Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

       Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

       Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

       Attends tradeshows


       Responsible for developing sales for strategic account busniness segment for dental division.

       Attends and participates during dealer trainings at Versailles, Lincolnshire, or Glasgow facilities.


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a College or University and 5 years related experience and/or training. Preferably previous capital equipment or imaging experience.
