The IT Client Services Technician is primarily responsible for identifying, implementing, tuning, troubleshooting, managing, documenting, and overall maintenance and support of Midmark’s desktop computers, laptops, thin clients, printers, and other peripheral devices.  This teammate will work closely with the server, networking and database administrators, and other IT teammates to ensure a reliable environment.


•Orders, configures, troubleshoots hardware and software problems and identifies, categorizes, and resolves application issues.
•Manages incidents and communications through service desk ticketing system
•Performs diagnostics with user to collect information about problem to determine source of error.
•Analyzes and corrects problems using documented procedures, available tools, and personal knowledge and skills.
•Evaluates software and hardware to determine whether product will be an effective tool for employees, and writes software and hardware evaluations and recommendations for management review.
•Perform hardware Imaging
•Contacts software and hardware vendors to research problem and determine recommended solutions.
•Participates in creation and maintenance of IT standards and procedures.
•Analyzes and evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce service desk incident rate.
•Assists with developing and improving IT efficiency and customer service rating. (MPS)
•Provides after hour support to Midmark teammates on a quarterly rotation.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•Active Directory experience
•Windows 7 / Windows 10 experience
•PowerShell experience
•Microsoft Office (O365) experience
•Printer support skills
•Excellent communication and documentation skills with attention to details and quality
•Strong analytical skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities with little supervision
