EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Project Management or similar.
•Minimum 5 years management/supervision/mentorship experience.
•Engineering or Operations background and process development.
•Applicable certification preferred (PMI) but not required.
•Three years of experience developing products and/or managing engineering projects in a highly regulated environment (medical devices, FDA regulated industry) preferred. 
•Program leadership roles either as a technical lead or project manager preferred.
•Experience in all phases of product development from concept to launch preferred. 
•Experience in developing products designed for manufacturability – background and/or functional knowledge in manufacturing operations preferred.

Knowledge of product development process, requirements and regulatory processes.
•Ability to recognize and develop talented teammates. 
•Organizational agility in influencing positive outcomes to meet goals.
•Able to navigate ambiguity and build consensus around strategic priorities.

•Manage a cross functional team of engineering managers
