  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior technical support/helpdesk experience (3 – 5 Years)
  • Prior management and /or supervisory experience (1 – 3 years)

  • Proactive, collaborative, able to deal with all levels of an organization (internally and externally)
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Teamwork orientation
  • Ability to complete responsibilities timely and accurately
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Knowledge of the industry where sales are focused
  • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 2000
  • Able to lead and develop Support teammates

  • Directly responsible for Customer Support team members
