EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline required, MBA preferred
  • Ideally an advanced scientific degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of upstream product marketing management experience; experience in a medical device company preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading medical device product development through to commercial launch
  • Strong people management experience and success in working in complex organizations

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and frequently to meet with internal teams and field-based customers

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
